IT Systems and Advanced Technology: West Coast Dental’s highly skilled information technology department manages all computer systems utilized for accounting, payroll, shipping and other corporate operations. Licensing: West Coast Dental assists with keeping track of required business and industry licenses by monitoring licensing requirements and deadlines to ensure that they are kept current and in good standing.

Human Resources & Employee Relations: To ensure employee satisfaction and compliance with California’s complex labor laws and to limit liability, a strong HR/ER department is a must. West Coast Dental manages employee recruitment, hiring and termination procedures, new hire orientation, disciplinary action procedures, benefits administration, COBRA, personnel record storage and maintenance, performance evaluation administration, workers’ compensation, Unemployment Insurance and Disability claims, ADA & EEO compliance, leaves of absence, etc.
