The following terms and conditions apply to each of the promotions listed on the front side of this flyer: (a) expires close of business April 30, 2026 (“Expiration Date”); (b) stated discount applies to (and cannot exceed) patient’s out-of-pocket share of costs only for patients with or without insurance coverage; (c) does not apply if treatment is covered by patient’s HMO plan (regardless of patient share amount); (d) does not apply if any portion of patient share of costs is paid for with third-party financing; (e) does not apply if patient’s treatment is covered under the Medi-Cal Dental program; and (f) the discount for deep cleaning is $75 per quadrant (up to $300 for full mouth). Specific discount may not be combined with any other discounts and cannot be redeemed for cash or used as payment against an existing balance.

In addition, for patient to qualify for the promotion: (a) in-office consultation/examination for specified treatment required (no charge for ortho consultations); (b) treatment visit must be booked before Expiration Date (“Booking Date”); (c) treatment must be commenced within thirty (30) days after the Booking Date at a West Coast Dental office, Magicland Children’s Dental and Orthodontics office, or any dental office affiliated with either of the foregoing; (d) patient must comply with all consultation, examination and treatment requirements, including applicable consents and other documentation; and (e) patient must satisfy all applicable credit and financing terms and conditions, including FICO score, credit history, down payment and installment amounts, and execution of all required financing agreements.

Promotion may be terminated prior to the Expiration Date at sole discretion of West Coast Dental. Any treatment contracted prior to termination of promotion will be honored, subject to all applicable terms and conditions.
